If you're somebody who writes down All-Star Game rosters for posterity, please remember to use pencil.
We haven't even sorted out the pitching mess on the rosters - pitchers who start Sunday won't throw Tuesday - and injuries (and "injuries") are already causing a lot of roster flux for the game in Phoenix.
